dented driveshaft maybe, bad pinion angle, theres a lot of stuff it could be.
my ford has the shakes at 45-50+ and its cuz it needs a driveshaft.

you should stop by a driveline shop, sounds like a drive shaft or joints. any fluid leaking out the back off tranny?
