I filled out mine last night. I Missed being born in the U.S.A. by 4 months. I figuer after 28 years I would finally do it.

USCIS.GOV is a great place to start. You need to find out if you want to enter as an immigrant or Non-immigrant. After that you can adjust to an LPR and then naturalization...
