sanden 708 need help

ive got a 90 b2200 with the factory sanden 708 a/c compressor i set it up as my edc i used an inline oiler water seperater check valve it compressor lasted 2 hour and locked up at only 160 psi does anyone have any tips or recomendations to help me out on my setup so if i replace the compressor this does not happen again
