A local police dept built one a few years ago for their D.A.R.E project, i did the window tint on it when i was working at a tint shop at the time. the rims were gay but the car itself was pretty cool. it was fully bagged, on 20's, had a pretty nice system in it, and as i understand, everything was done for free they just had a bunch of local businesses sponsor them.

I wanna do one but I know I won't be able to resist pulling over hot chicks and those f!@king idiots that can't drive. Y'all know the people I'm talking about: doing 50 in a 65 on the freeway and shit!Rage on bitches!
