Xtreme BodyKit help

I have a 2000 Xtreme extended cab i just picked up for 3gs and it needs a new front valance.. I wanna rip it off and put a normal s10 valance on it with a chrome bumper...

Is the body any different for the side skirts than a regular s10.. I wanna rip off the entire body kit but it almost looks like the rockers are different for the sideskirts. Am i wrong??

i think i heard there are a bunch of holes for clips behind it. metal should have the same shape though.
