I also have the option to upgrade before my lease is up if I feel the need. I can move into a larger building and pay the same per SF. The place next to me is still empty. So if I feel cramped in 6 months and its still open, they said I can knock the wall down and use both.

you could fit 4 compact trucks in there so you should be good...

Congratulations. Sorry I never got back to you with that ladies name from the insurance place, but I talked to her and she was like all the others, thought she could but in reality couldn't.
