GooseNeck Lowered ?

OK i seen some shit but have questions If my truck is dropped 5/8 97 dually style how can I go about a goose neck and make it work with the truck. I dont want to hack the bed up just want it to work right.

alot of goosenecks have adjustable tongues(or whatever you would call them) on them... not sure if it would be enough but it should be without any mods to the truck....
