I have Line-X on mine and let me tell ya its not going ANYWHERE...but i had my walls of my bed redone along with my wheel tubs...and the Line-X people who just redid it said that the other Line-x dealer that WAS here in Memphis didnt prep the walls as good as the bed floor...thus the wall line-x came off in chunks....so they had to remove all the wall line-x at a bed seam, and redo both walls and new wheeltubs....

You MIGHT be able to work a grinder or something, but plan on alot of mess and melted bedliner from the heat...its gums up like a BITCH

The honest to goodness best way I have heard is get a new bed. Hope you not needing a fully custom bed stripped of the stuff. Good luck.

the absolute best way to do it is to squirt it w/ liquid nitrogen...it will freeze and shatter if you lightly tap it w/a hammer....

Its not fun i'll tell ya that much! we just scraped it all out, sometimes you will get lucky and it will peel out in decent chunks... all depends how well it was prepped really i think.
