exaust bolts on the head??

my exaust bolts are stripped out i already tapped them for new bolts, one year later there stripped out again. what should i do? Should i take them out and put soe jb weld in there then put the bolts back in? i got a header i want to put on and my 3'' exaust. Any info is useful.

i would re tap in the a lil bigger. i dont think jb weld will hold up with the block getting so hot. just my
