i bet the pitman arm rubbing the radius rod is whats causing your problem.

your tires dont look the greatest, I had some handling and braking problems on my daily recently that went away completely with new tires. You might have a stretched belt in one of those tires which will make it handle crazy.

why don't you lift it back up an inch? then see if it's still doing it? if it is I bet it's your steering box
