I have bagged '92 caprice wagon, that's registered as an impala wagon, and need to know how to get the body to be level with the frame. It lays the front but not the rear (kinda like the raked look though)

you have to cut out the rear floor and move the rear floor up about 3 inch's and it will make a huge difference.
