97 gmc jimmy 4.3l v6 vortec

ok so i kinda read the hynes manuel or whatever it is. i was thinking spark plugs till i noticed a rainbow tint to my antifreeze today and i was wondering why it ran kinda like it had a cam has no power im thinking blow head gasket and a engine rebuild what about yall?
