wiring help for toyota headunit

my boss got a double din radio (casette/radio-cd below) unit from a late ninetys toyota, and wanted me to put it in one of our work trucks, does anyone know which wires are for constant power, ground, and ignition? thanks....

What a lucky day for you- I just put a deck in a Yota today!
Gray and Blue with a Yellow stripe are the two hot leads- I'm not sure which one is constant and which is ignition, since they are wired together on my install.
Brown is Ground.
Front speakers are Pink (+) and Purple (-) for one side, Mint Green (+) and Blue (-) for the other.
