Questions about billet steering wheel

I have an '03 Envoy with a gay ass airbag so what i want to know is what adapter to use on it. And also, its a daily driver so i use my driver info center quite a bit and would like to keep those buttons. Can i move those somewhere else, is this possible? Or just say f it and throw 'em in the garbage? Appreciate the help!!!
