spindles question

Ok, guy at my work has a 92 truck and wants to know if its going to ride any better or get any lower if he gets drop spindles and then cranks the bars down? He is going to bag it later on.

If he is going from stock to 2" drop spindles it will ride just the same but be 2" lower. If he cranks the torsions down the ride starts to get rough but I wouldnt crank them down but an inch or so. When its bagged the torsions will be tossed anyway.
