2003 gmc sierra front suspension

OK so im relocating all my stuff under the hood and putting the bags on. i have 22x9.5 foose speedsters. my question is would moving the upper a arm brackets be better thing to do to get the top of the tire out or are there control arms made for this truck to do that?? All my suspension is stock right now. I have about 6 inches fron the top of tire to edge of the fender when laid out. Im sure spindles would help alot too..
