do asco valves require certain pressure to operate, because sometimes on my truck they wont dump fully or at all

I run ascos with no problems. Call a tech rep about them.

I beleve the paper work i got with my ascos says the operating pressure is 3-280 psi

my rear was doin that and it was because my switch was goin out, like the contacts inside were loose or something. might want to try a new switch. worked for me.
