rodeo and amigo transmissions

I was wondering if its possible to use a rodeo transmission on an amigo? I want to switch it from 5 speed to automatic..can't find any amigo automatic trannies, but i have been finding rodeo transmissions..

google the specs and or engine and tranny id numbers to see if they match up

What size engine do you have? Are we talking 4x4 or 2wd? They offered the amigo in an auto from the factory. I did the swap in my Rodeo and can probably answer all your q's, but you need to be more specific about what you have. L8, Sponge
