it actually just bolts right up to my stock hub. no horn anymore but w/e.
I bought the hoop a couple years back now. I dont remember the place but it was cheap. its from some place that makes marine wheels.

Simon at Kustom Creationz made me a wheel for the 02 GMC in my profile. His work is top notch. I would use him again in a heart beat!
