if its a big deal to have the bumper on the ground, swap it for one that does, build one, or have grant build you one that does. Easy solution.

What it the best front suspension to use with something like this? I'm thinking S-10 cause there is so much aftermarket for them or maybe Toyota.. What do you guys think?

I say lay it out to the door. KEEP the doors operable. Maybe commit suicide on them. I would go for a patina theme. Flat colors, "homemade" interior etc.
Or just go straight pimp and murder it out in all black. That would be ILLLLLLL!

i say go for it. you cna always build a new front bumper to make the front end "sit" lower. and full flaked out with the wood would be bad ass. get u some wood grain wheels to match it too

Fullsize Chevy. My uncle has built 3 or 4 Scout IIs, and always runs Chevy suspension. Its close to the same width. An S10 or a Toyota would have your wheels sucked in about 10 inches...

That is going to be sick as hell. You could also go into the door til the front bumper rests on the ground!
