To swap or not to swap

I just picked up an 81 pick-up and i was wounding if anyone has swaped in a rotory into this style of truck? I was thinking of trying it not sure thou. Feed back please.

an 81 what? toy? maz? dodge?

I'm gonna guess mazda, and there was an older model available with a rotary.
