moving axle tabs

im fixing my rear suspension and i was wondering what the best way to cut off two axle tabs would be, so that i can reuse them and move one of my links over?

Plasma cutter

air cutting wheel is nice and easy and most of us have/ can afford them.

grinder with a good cutting disc.. Norton discs last forever for me.

i would recommend buying new ones but a grinder like mentioned above would work

yea i have a 4 1/2" angle grinder with some cutting discs, but since i need to cut in a curve around the axle i didn't think that would work to good. maybe i can find a smaller grinder or plasma cutter.

Just cut them off and buy new ones, they are cheap enough to do that.

i agree, or make new ones..

I would by new ones, we tried to cut mine off with a torch and ended up with a hole in my axle housing.

yea watch out and dont let the grinder get twisted to the side and shred a new disc...ya buy news one easyer and cheap
