Chassis Swappin

I know it's a complete travesty but has anyone heard of someone swappin an F-100 over to a Chevrolet chassis? I've been doing some research and I don't see it being too terrible of a problem. Anybody got any USEFUL input??

i am thinkin of doing the same. maybe just from the firwall forward. late model chev chassis rails are wider under the cab.

Only things i can see being a problem would making the steering, speedo, and anything as far as the gauges and such work together. What year trucks are you talkin here?

I was just looking at options. I've heard 88-98 is the way to go.

a club memeber is about to use a gm clip for his f150. hes a tried and true ford guy also.
