05 Tire Size Help

I have a 2005 RCSB with a 4/6 drop...22x8.5 up front...everyone has 265/35R22...But can I run 265/40R22, up front? Without rubbing. 22x10 Rear...What size tire should I go with in the rear? Thanks.
