is it ok to stbd an s10 wit 1/8" 2x3?

no..... 3/16" minimum

1/4 for draggin

i used angle iron and fence post for my frame. its super strong

.120 wall would work. I would probably run double rails. I usually use .188 under the cab, and the rest .120.

yea i would say go wit 2x3 3/8 wall and u will be fine.. i just finished a blazer and i used 3x3 3/8 and its plenty strong enough
