I think they are called a bulge nut. Tell them you have 12MM studs, and wheels meant for 14MM studs and they will set you up at the tire shop.

Ask for a bulge seat lug nut for a 12mm stud and they should set you up. Any decent tire or mag shop should have them in stock.
