Need help with tire question please

Hello all,
I am looking at a 2007 Dodge Ram 3500 Dually that is for sale at good price. The problem is that the owner put 22" alcoa wheels and 305/40/22 tires on it. The load rating on the tires is around 1200 lbs.
I am buying this to haul a 11,000 lb fifth wheel and know the factory tires are rated at about 3085 lbs.
How can I determine how much the lower rated tires affect my towing capacity ?
Need to know this before I buy.

I don't know what brand tires are on the 22s but all of the brands I sale have around a 2600-3200lb load rating on the tires alone.
I have customers all over the country towing upwards of 17000lbs+ with our wheel and tire packages without any problems.

At 1200 lbs each the tires on there are pretty close to not even able to safely carry the weight of the truck alone. Those must be some real cheapo passenger car tires. You'll want to look into the tires Lockone has...
