panhard bar on astro van

what's the max angle in relation to the axle i can but on a panhard bar on a astro van with ladder bar setup, has ladder bars due to gas tank and clearance issues and dont want to do a four link setup.

The best that I can say is to keep the bar as close to parallel at half travel as possible. Any angle from there is only going to start pulling the rearend excessivley, proportionate to the amount of angle.
