TORNADOES in TN, AK & AL !! (pics of my "damage")

Where I live here in Texas was perfect weather for tornadoes. Don't know if we got any but yesterday, radio channels were going off every 2-3 minutes with WARNINGS.

as far as i know everyone is fine....heard of some damage to some vehicles including my dads (but those can be replaced) we were lucky to say the least.....

what about alabama? i think over 50 people died in alabama from them.....

I understood that the death toll was over 50 total...I think it was around 30 before any touched down in AL...I think. But yeah..this is like 1 year after the ones tore-up the high school in Enterprise. Are tornadoes leaving the trailer parks and goin after schools now?

i'm about 30-45 minutes north of jackson,TN didn't really get that bad here, but i have some buddies that go to Union, after seeing pics and footage from the news its amazing that no one was killed there. It's crazy.

memphis was hit real hard too. The mall that I grew up a block away from was ripped apart on one side. People died in a warehouse in the south part of town, and a lot of homes were ripped up. But Union university and the Jackson area were the worst hit. They reported 70+ touchdowns by the NWS

for you peeps that got homies in that area hit by tornadoes, give them a call and make sure they're alright and pass it along to the thread. Ive been thru a few of them and they arent any fun at all

damn thats y i live in cali. all we get is an earthquake every once in a while. hope all u guys make it through over there tho.

I was (and still am) in Knoxville, tn, i had 5 people call me last night and say tornados hit my town real bad, i could'nt get hold of my wife, in-laws, sis-in-law, or anyone i knew, turns out my wife and daughter were about 10 miles away when it hit, they're fine, my sis in law saw them coming, got in the car and hauled ass to her friend's house that has a storm shelter (and sells storm shelters, ironically), got in their shelter and heard her house blow away. She said between last night and this morning, she has a waiting list for 65 storm shelters. I know of at least 6 houses within 2 miles of mine that are gone, the church i got married in is gone. Our house is fine, my family's house is fine, but my niece's friend who is 11 got killed along with her mom and dad. The mom was cut in half, they found half in the house and the other half in a ditch a mile and a half away from the house, the 11 year old had all her limbs ripped off, they found the legs and one arm, still have'nt found her other arm. Sucks major ass, i really feel for the people who got stuck in it and i hate to say it but i'm glad my family and most everyone we know is ok. Keep us in your prayers.

I'm out the door here at 7am, i should be home by 4:30 or 5, i'll pitch in if i can to help clean up or look for peeps or whatever, i'll let yall know more when i find out first hand.

lol we scared the hell out mike and ernie last year on the way to summer shocker. within 2 miles of one but never got closer thank god.
