4 or 6 22's, advantages/disadvantages?

Besides cost is there any benefits to running all six or just 4 22's? Can you even tell there is a 16" on the inside of a bodied truck? I can see on a stock height or slightly lowered truck you could tell from the back there is 2 different tire sizes. Do a 16 and 22 fit better? Just curious

Pro's for 6 semi's:
Looks better, slightly better tire wear.
Con's for 6 semi's:
Costs more, a lot heavier which means poorer acceleration-braking-and mileage, may require more modification to run depending on your truck/rear which also adds to the cost.
On my truck u can see the inners when looking at it from the sides as well, about the only way you couldn't would b if it was layin'.
