app forged 19's

any know anything about them? look like nice wheels. got a set on a trade yesterday and would like to get a spare. thanks, brian

Nice, looks like Brentz, but their website hasn't been updated in
forever and there are lots of people reporting the fronts having
hairline cracks. I heard they are not returning their calls either.

NO problems with Brentz wheels...........

I think he made the wheels for APP...

i see them on a few trucks in the gallery on his site but not in the wheels section. i know several people running his wheels without issues too. i will try to call and see what i can find out......

APP has been out of the retail wheel business for several years. They still forge wheels for companies, they just don't sell them anymore.

I also think Brentz has been out of business for some time now also. I have tried to call on numerous occasions over the years with no answer. Last I seen him was SEMA 2005, I think.

I can't imagine why he would be out of business for the price he sold his wheels for.

Maybe not on this forum, but on other forum(s) there have been a lot of
complaints about the front wheels having hairline cracks around the lugs.

I'm not dissing the wheels cause I really want some, just what I have read
and that's the main reason I have heard that he might be out of business.
