another 4 link ?

Im doing a bag over axle 4 link. i have my ride height established. so now for my question should i bottom out the bag at full drop or sould i leave a little room, before it bottoms out an inch or so. if some one could help this would be greatly appreciated

i would say leave a little room.

I would colapse the suspension fully and then install the fully colapsed. The shock can be addressed the same way or leave a small amount of room.

BTW- full droop describes the suspension being at full lift. Full bump is the correct term for the suspension being fully colapsed.
