bead roller with rounding over dies. then you can shrink on the rolled edge...but it would be a lot easier to buy trailer fenders.

BEAD ROLLER WORKS WITH ROUND EDGE..AT WORK WE HAVE THE LUXURY OF A PULLMAX MACHINE WITH A SET OF SHAPING DIES THAT DO THE SAME...A LOT QUICKER, AND NICER FINISH THAN A BEAD ROLLED EDGE..NOT SAYIN TO BUY A PULLMAX CUZ THERE VERY EXPENSIVE BUT MAYBE YOU KIND FIND A METAL SHAPING SHOP IN YOUR AREA, ITS A MUST HAVE FOR HIGH END RESTORATION.Kyle
