if i drop the tie rod down and the rack down isnt that going to equal what i have now?

to get rid of bump steer am i wanting the tie rod leval at ride height so it doesnt want to shoot up when hitting bumps in the road?

Not that it's level at ride height, but that it follows the angle of the upper and lower arms. Since the rack is mounted so low, the tie rod should be very near parallel to the lower arm.

ok this is not my answer after a day working on it

my rack and pinnion just doesnt move enough as it sits right now when my trucks suspension is locked out my rack is all the way down and cant go anymore

but when i try to lay it out my tires toe out alot and the rack stops before it lays out

is drop spindles going to solve this?
maybe a different rack?

im trying to lock out a few inches over the tire so i can turn

any ideas ....
