Question on Tire sizes

Hey, is a 225/75/16 the smallest tire you can run on a dually, i got an 85 crew? Now im not gonna pull shit with it , so could i go lower than that?

We used to run 225/60/16s on them all the time and we run them on the inner wheels for the 19 package with 245/40/19s.
