cando arms

ok im trying to install the lower arms on my mazda.my problem is i cannot get the stupid little metal insert out of the crossmember.the bushings came out easily and i already ground down the insert and can visibly see where the insert and crossmember meet.any suggestions.? oh and i also tried pressing it out and punching it out and no dice

use a sawzall and run a few lines into it, then an air chisel if you have one.

right... take a sawsall and run a few slits from the inside .. then hit it out... i had to do that for my toyota ... it was tricky to figure out but that worked like a charm...
