14 bolt rearend ?

Guy's I am converting my 86 1 ton 4x4 crewcab to a dually to run 22.5 semi's. I have oem dually front hubs for the truck already. Can I just use 14 bolt dually hubs in place of my single rear 14 bolt rear to convert to a dual rear or do I have to swap the axel out. I am trying to use oem parts for this swap and would like to keep the single rear wheel parts just in case I want to go back to single wheel down the road.

ive got a stock dually rear end ill sell ya if your close to south georgia...ill take 250 for it...but i used 22s on my dually with a SRW axle

yeah thats a good point...my truck has a link setup with a SRW rear end...
