Are they worth the extra coin? And Which end of the bar do most guys run them?

The only reason you run super pivots are if you are going to do alot of side to side. The regular rubber bushings will wear out over time from all the side to side action. I used to run them on a tacoma and I had the super pivots on the end bolted to the rear end. So unless you are doing alot of side to side I don't think you will need them.

good idea if your running a 3 link to .one on the third link to keep it from twisting or binding

they are nice. you would mount them on the frame side of the 4 link. not the rear

make sure you mount them on the axel end of the bar ESPECIALLY if you have bags on bars and make sure the bags are dead center on the bars.

Like already stated above the regular poly bushing will work fine but if your gonna wanna be getting some good side to side motion you might as well fork out the coin for the super pivots ahead of time rather than tearing up and putting un-needed stress on the poly joints. With the super pivots you'll be able to get an additional 30 degrees of unrestricted motion.

You definitely want the pivot joint at the axle end not the frame. If you think about it, it does make sense. The axle is what is actually doing the twisting, in relation to the frame. The bars at the frame have no problem moving up and down, which is all they are doing when the axle is articulating. And if you want to 3 wheel, or hit sides and do it big, pivot joints or heims are the way to go. I ran a combination of the two on the 720 I just did, and got 18 inches of articulation in the rear alone.

Seth is the anything special you need to design around to be able to three wheel? Im building a mazda (Street Sweeper) right now with a tri - 4 link and super pivots and was just curious
