how long will it last???

everyone who has been in the scene anytime at all has probably seen trends come and go. one thing that is popular right now is the chrome door and tailgate handles. I remember back in the day when everybody would have chrome fender trim! now you rarely see that! my question is how long do you think the trend of all these chrome door handles will last, and are there anymore "bolt" on trends out there right now that you just see all the time. i don't mean bolt on 4links or crossmembers, etc...

im kinda happy the "bolt on" chopper mirrors went away.

How about the stick on Buik vents on the front fenders or any chrome fender vents.

i saw a sweet pimped out neon with 7 stick on vents per fender... different sizes too!!

i hate the fender vents. i was going to literally shoot bullet holes where the typical fender vents are on my 62 falcon wacon before i painted it. take the trend and twist it! personally, i am keeping the chrome on my 83 toyota- cab vents handles and headlight doors). im even thinking of pimping an old school type chrome tube grille set up in a different way (cant tell or ill see it here next week.lol) im also plating the double latches on the gate and trim on the taillights. fender trim fucks up your paint though!

I think the chrome handles are OK on some import minis. But the one that are all chrome for the last body style full size chevys and new f-150s are hideous.

chrome handles are IN ???? I thought those went out with chrome wheel trim...?

never seen chrome handles on anything that didnt come with them...

how long until Abercrombie clothes aren't cool?

i'd much prefer to see that go away than chrome stuff.
