Is this a type of locating system? I know it is a crude drawing, but you can see what is going on?

Bar mounted to frame, mounted to another bar the goes back toward the frame but is mounted on the axle. All points pivot. Located on both sides.

I think you better just stick w/ a panhard or a watts link... your making it too complicated.

The middle pivot point doesn't seem very functional just because of the simple fact it's floating.

Besides that i guess it could work...but why re-invent the wheel?

Obviously i'm no Fish...

I can see it in my head, just hard to put on paper. It would prevent the axle from moving sideways. The only movement would be the middle pivots, which would go in and out as the truck lifts or lowers. Its not that complicated. Just two bars and three pivot points on each side of the axle.

you would get bind in the middle pivot if you run that same item on both sides.

as the axle moves from an upwards position down, it would force the lower pinned bar out. having the same effect on the other side, would then put them as opposing actions and thus create bind in the center piviot...

I think. I tried drawing it out to see the forces and I think that's what you would end up with if the lower bars are longer than the upper bars as you have drawn, if the lower bar and the upper bar were mounted in a vertical line you wouldn't have the issue.
