so. this is what happens when u and ur buddy at work are thinkin too much. seein if anybody thinks this would look kinda cool.

so say on my truck for instance you took off the dually bed, put on a standard longbed and only ran the inner semis so all the wheels looked the same. we kinda think it may look cool.

any thoughts? and true it wouldnt be a dually anymore

Could be interesting once you figured out what to do about the hubs sticking way out.

It would look like one of the trucks the railroad uses to drive down the tracks.

already been done... it wont let me rob the picture from the site but go to and look under galleries. Alfredo had his wifes dodge like that for while before he turned it into a dually.

Like Justin said above its already been done.

I also have a wheel that we make in 22.5 and 22s that has about a 2" to 2.5" lip on the outside for use on SRW trucks, Hummers, Suburbans, and Excursions.

The Dodge Mega Cab like the one mentioned is a 1ton truck anyways...All you need is a set of adapters and wheels.

If you had the DRW setup in the back you would have to have a large cap to cover the hub that is the only downfall of just running the inner wheel. If you had a SRW 1ton truck it wouldn't be a problem just bolt on and go.
