bed shaking?

so it seems that every time i hit the brakes and slow down my bed decides to shake
i tried to see if the bed bolts were loose but they seem fine?
any ideas?

wheel hop from having an empty bed?
are you braking hard when this happens?
are the rear brakes adjusted correctly?
try putting around +500 lbs in the rear to see if it clears up....
I have a static drop and run velvet-ride shackles to stop rear wheel hop-bounce
when the truck is unloaded while driving.
I think they don't make these anymore....
the velvet ride shackle is the one on the right
left one is the OEM one
