Astro and s-10 suspesion parts interchangable?

Are s-10 arms the same as astros im getting a 89 astro and wondering if i can run the SD arms on it?

NO!! as far as i remember the 91-96ish caprice arms are the same but thats it

77-96 B and D body upper arms interchange, and '95-'96 9C1 caprice lower arms.
