looks like he added a flare on rear.. wonder if that would clear 22s ?

Will not work. Most trucks with semi wheels need at least 1.5" wider fenders. The flares at the most will only add .75" to it.

What are his plans just lower it or bag it ?

Any ideas where that rear flare came from? I have been wanting to do that for a while now but cant find a flare for the rear on a dually. I have tried a factory rear fleetside bed flare and it will just almost work but not quite.

All of the flares we have put on this model dually trucks have been off of the 4x4 work trucks. Sometimes you can find the rears flares for these also but most of the time we trim the fronts to fit the rear.
