swapping out parts ?

i have an 86 dually that need lots of work/parts well i picked up an donor 1/2 ton truck that im going to take off some body panals int. parts etc i guess my ? is what else do you guys think i should take off of the 1/2 that will work on my dually before i return the 1/2 back to my buddy? shouldnt the steering column and prtty mush all the int stuff be interchangable?

ABOUT THE ONLY THING THAT WONT FIT IS FRAME AND SUSPENSION
