The guy went from $2000 to $1800 on this dually. The 454 is a lug and it smokes? The body isnt rusty at all just faded paint but with the motor in the condition its in its like im buying just the body. You guys think I should jump on it?

Why are the fender wells removed? Look at the radiator support, you'll probably find work like that all over the truck, starts nickle and dimeing you in the end. Seems a little high, but the engine has some high dollar pieces on it, buy a crate long block. What kind of plans you have?

Thanks husker, I just want a clean dually that I can put a 6.0 fuel injected motor to pull around my project cars. I would yank all that old radiator and stuff out in time. I think the fender wells are missing because as you can see there is no longer the tbi setup and now its carbed. I would like to drop it also but mostly a clean trustworthy machine. Whats a good price to throw at him? The worst that could happen is him saying no! It was hard to get him down to $1800 but I think if I wait he might go another 100

Im also losing my mind. The pic of the motor from before is the one in my elcamino. Heres the pic of the Dually's motor.

body wise i would think so but with motor not so much try talking him down... look at the radiator cap area... hmmm overheated or what but thats some nasty coolant... could that be the cause?

So I insulted your handy work. Sorry.

Man, that seems high for a truck with a sketchy engine. Maybe I'm nuts but it sure looks like a $500-$1000 truck to me.

Lol! No problem. The motor is in an old project that runs hardcore.

I guess I'll just look for another one cause I dont think he'll go that low on the price.

I don't think I'd give him $1800 from what I can see.
