Tips for seat Upholstery

Im getting ready to re-do my bench, anyone got tips from your past experiences.

put your material in the sun long enough to make it more pliable and easier to stretch. and by god take your time! also having someone there to help you manipulate the fabric is a big plus.

ok, well I live in Canada, so our sun only comes out for about 20 minutes a year. But I have 2 industrial steamers, that places use for carpets and such, so I'll try those.
