btw its a 25x30 so I guess thats 750 sq. ft. but it fits 2 cars comfortably with plenty of room for tables and such.

2 car garage here.....hot as balls in the summer, cold as fuck in the winter. having a garage doesnt mean shit other than you don't get wet haha. All my tools are on the floor, and it gets like 110 in the garage.

man when i had my old house, the garage was half of the basement, and had a small shop area divided by a wall, and it was 65 degrees all year long in there being under the house....
