Drug through rockers

you may be able to do what i do when i build one with cut rockers. use a piece of angle. you will have to cut the rest of the rocker up front so that it is all even. stick the angle iron inside the whole running the entire length of the rocker. let the other edge of the angle wrap up and behind the back side of the rocker. weld the sheet metal on the outer section of the rocker to the angle and weld the section that is wraped behind the rocker to the back of the rocker under the cab floor. and grind it down to make it pretty. lots of work good luck.

its not that hard to put new rockers on.

thats what I was thinking too...how thick or thin of angle is best to use?

How about just buying new rockers from Toyota? Not sure if they are available, but might be worth checking...
