does anyon know what you have to do to flip the lower balljoints on a 94-01 ram thanks
it would involve reaming and resleeving the spindle. But why would you be looking to do this?
i found a pic on here that someone did it. it will act like a drop spindle give about 2 more in of drop i would think heres the pic
bump i need to know what to get tool wise to this little jobber done
thanks
that would totally destroy all steering angles and kill the front end. It looks like he flipped the spindle as well. I wouldn't do it, most balljoints are made to be used in tension situations not compression like flipping them creates.
just buy belltech's spindles...
i know the lower balljoints on my blazer (4x4) are upside down. (spindle below my lower a arm)
this doesent help this topic, just figured i would throw it in there.
buying spindles would save an assload of work and time.
